ABOUT ME

An audio geek through and through, Thomas started out in live sound engineering — mixing for bands, late night theatre performances & learning how to roll cables really nicely — at the tender age of fourteen.

After realising the folks on stage were having all the fun, he dove headfirst into the entertainment industry, working on stage, screen and musical theatre. You can trust Thomas G Burt to tell your story – he’s worked with some of the best in the acting business; Howard Fine, NIDA, and he’s a graduate of Sydney Actors School.

These days, you’ll find Thomas grinning his ears off behind the microphone – being fresh, friendly & warm, with just a dash of Aussie larrikan. Working across a range of genres, you can hear him voicing anything from Arthurian knights & neo-futuristic organ dealers, to house-sized crab monsters, in videogames SMITE, Phoenix Point, Cloudpunk & King Arthur: Knight’s Tale.

When he’s occasionally allowed out of the studio, you’ll catch him immersed in a Dungeons and Dragons game, slaying dragons with dice, riding his beloved motorbike (affectionately called SeeBoo), or possibly… replaying Hades for the 9001th time.
